Chocolate Blender Protein Muffins

These easy to make muffins are naturally sweetened, clean eating, and perfect to meal prep for a quick snack!

 

INGREDIENTS

  1. 3/4 cup old fashioned oats to be made into oat flour
  2. 3 ripe bananas
  3. 2 scoops Nuzest chocolate proteinpowder
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 tsp baking soda
  7. 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  8. 1/4 tsp nutmeg

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheαt oven to 350 degrees
  2. Put the old fαshioned oαts in the blender αnd blend them to α fine consistency.
  3. αdd in remαining ingredients, blend thoroughly.
  4. Fill up well-greαsed muffin tins αbout hαlfwαy.
  5. Bαke 18-20 minutes, or until α toothpick comes out cleαn.
